I began by working with the executive team to align the scorecard with the company’s overall OKRs. This helped ensure that the marketing team’s progress, strategy, and successes were easily communicated to the board and investors.
To build the scorecard, I worked with each team to identify the key metrics that would be most impactful in measuring their success. I then created a system that rolled these metrics up into a single scorecard, allowing us to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
